摘　　要：目的:构建精神科护士医学保护性约束使用现状调查问卷,为了解精神科医学保护性约束现状提供客观、科学的评价工具。方法:在文献回顾的基础上,结合临床经验,形成精神科护士医学保护性约束使用现状调查问卷,采用德尔菲法对16名专家进行2轮函询。结果:2轮德尔菲函询专家积极系数均为100.00%;专家权威系数为0.929,0.947;专家的协调系数为0.113,0.106。最终构建了包含医学保护性约束前期、医学保护性约束执行期、医学保护性约束实施期、医学保护性约束停止期4个维度、30个条目的精神科护士医学保护性约束使用现状调查问卷。结论:基于德尔菲法构建的精神科护士医学保护性约束使用现状调查问卷可用于调查精神科护士医学保护性约束的使用现状。Objective:To develop the application status of medical protective restraint questionnaire in psychiatric nurses,so as to provide an objective and scientific evaluation tool for understanding the status quo of medical protective restraint in psychiatric department from the perspective of psychiatric nurses.Methods:On the basis of literature review and clinical experience,the application status of medical protective restraint questionnaire in psychiatric nurses was formed,and 16 experts were consulted by Delphi method for two rounds.Results:The positive coefficient of the two-round consultation both were 100%,the authority coefficients were 0.929 and 0.947,and the Kendall's W coefficient were 0.113 and 0.106.Finally,the application status of medical protective restraint questionnaire in psychiatric nurses was constructed,which included four dimensions and 30 items.The four dimensions were early stage of medical protective restraint,the enforcement period of medical protective restraint,the implementation period of medical protective restraint,and the termination period of medical protective restrain.Conclusions:The constructed application status of medical protective restraint questionnaire in psychiatric nurses based on Delphi method could be used as a tool to investigate the application status of medical protective restraint in psychiatric department in psychiatric nurses.
