保妇康栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的效果研析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用保妇康栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月至12月期间暨南大学附属顺德医院收治的580例妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法,将这580例患者分为Balance组(n=290)和Survey组(n=290)。为Balance组患者使用克霉唑栓进行治疗,为Survey组患者使用保妇康栓进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、阴道充血症状消失的时间、阴道分泌物增多症状消失的时间、外阴灼痛症状消失的时间及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,与Balance组患者相比,Survey组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其阴道充血症状消失的时间、阴道分泌物增多症状消失的时间、外阴灼痛症状消失的时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与Balance组患者相比,Survey组患者不良反应的发生率更低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用保妇康栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果确切,可有效地缓解患者的临床症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods:580 patients with mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy admitted to Shunde Hospital affiliated to Jinan University from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,the 580 patients were divided into Balance group(n=290)and Survey group(n=290).Patients in the Balance group were treated with clotrimazole suppository,while those in the Survey group were treated with Fukangkang suppository.Then,the clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of the symptoms of vaginal congestion,the disappearance time of the symptoms of increased vaginal secretions,the disappearance time of the symptoms of vulvar burning pain and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the Balance group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the Survey group,and the time for the disappearance of the symptoms of vaginal congestion,increased vaginal secretions and vulvar burning pain was shorter,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the Balance group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the Survey group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Baofukang suppository is effective in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy,and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms.
