妊娠期糖尿病患者脐血成纤维细胞生长因子19、瘦素水平与新生儿出生体重的关系

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者脐血成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF19)、瘦素(LP)水平与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法选择2017年2月至2018年11月在我院住院分娩的GDM孕妇44例为GDM组,正常孕妇44例为对照组,检测两组母体血清及胎儿脐血FGF19、LP水平,测量新生儿出生体重。分析新生儿出生体重与脐血FGF19、LP的相关性。结果GDM组母体与脐血FGF19低于对照组(P<0.01),母体与脐血LP、新生儿体重高于对照组(P<0.05);GDM患者脐血FGF19与LP呈负相关(r=-0.553,P<0.01);新生儿体重与脐血FGF19呈负相关,与LP呈正相关(r=-0.513,0.433,P<0.01)。结论GDM患者母儿均存在FGF19水平降低、LP水平升高,且脐血FGF19、LP与新生儿出生体重明显相关,可作为预测GDM新生儿体重及健康的指标。Objective To analyzed the relationship between the levels of cord blood fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19),leptin(LP)and neonatal birth weight in women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods From February 2017 to November 2018,we selected 44 normal pregnant women with hospitalized childbirth as control group and 44 pregnant women with GDM as GDM group.Mother and cord blood FGF19 and LP were detected,and neonatal birth weight were measured.The correlation between neonatal birth weight and cord blood FGF19 and LP was analyzed.Results The level of FGF19 in mother and cord blood was lower in the GDM group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The level of LP in mother and cord blood and neonatal birth weight were higher in the GDM group than those in the control group(P<0.05).In GDM patients,cord blood FGF19 was negatively correlated with LP(r=-0.553,P<0.01),neonatal birth weight was negatively correlated with cord blood GFG19 but positively correlated with LP(r=-0.513,0.433,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of FGF19 is decreased and LP is increased in both DGM mother and cord blood.The obvious correlation between cord blood FGF19 and LP and neonatal birth weight could be used as an index for GDM neonatal body weight and healthy.
