穴位刺激联合开塞露灌肠在治疗喂养不耐受早产儿的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位刺激联合开塞露灌肠在喂养不耐受(FI)早产儿中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年10月FI早产儿110例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组56例、对照组54例,对照组用50%浓度开塞露保留灌肠,试验组采用穴位刺激联合开塞露治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、生长发育、不良反应等指标。结果试验组喂养不耐受早产儿有效率98.21%高于对照组81.48%(χ2=4.021,P<0.05);呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);体重、身长、头围高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位刺激联合开塞露灌肠有助于改善FI早产儿临床症状,促进体格生长发育。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint stimulation combined with glyceine enema in the treatment of preterm infants with feeding intolerance.Methods One hundred and ten preterm infants with feeding intolerance form May 2018 to October 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=56)and control group(n=54).The experimental group was given acupoint stimulation combined with glyceine enema therapy.The control group was given glyceine enema therapy.Then,clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,growth and development,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 98.21%that was higher than that in the glyceine enema group(81.48%,χ2=4.021,P<0.05).Vomiting time,abdominal distension time,and gastric retention time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Body weight,body length and head circumference in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint stimulation combined with glyceine enema can help to improve the clinical symptoms,and promote the growth and development of preterm infants with feeding intolerance.
