摘 要:玉针香是一个具有细长粒形、优良稻米品质及独特香味的优质水稻品种,在水稻育种工作中极具利用价值。为解析其遗传背景,研究以日本晴、9311、华占、中恢8015和中恢9308为对照,通过12个特异性功能基因标记对与粒形、稻米品质和香味相关的10个基因(GS3、GW5、GS6、GW6a、GL7/GW7、GLW7、GW8、GS9、Wx、BADH2)进行检测,结果表明:玉针香的细长粒型可能主要受GS3、GL7/GW7影响,同时兼具多个粒形基因的正向调控共同促成;其优良稻米品质可能是受GLW7、GW8和Wx基因型的共同作用所致;其独特香味可能主要受BADH2第7个外显子缺失的影响。In China,the market share of a rice cultivar is mainly determined by its yield and quality.Yuzhenxiang is a high-quality variety with an extra-slender grain shape,good quality and unique aroma.In order to distinct its genetic background,12 pairs of functional markers were used to detect the genotype distribution of eight major grain shape genes including GS3,GW5,GS6,GW6a,GL7/GW7,GLW7,GW8,GS9,one amylose gene Wx and one aroma gene BADH2 in Yuzhenxiang by using Nipponbare,9311,Huazhan,Zhonghui 8015 and Zhonghui 9308 as controls.Our results indicate that the slender grain type of Yuzhenxiang probably is principally effected by GS3 and GL7/GW7 with the positive co-regulation of multiple grain shape genes,its outstanding rice quality may be resulted from the cumulative effect of GLW7,GW8 and Wx genotypes,while its unique aroma may be mainly regulated by BADH2-e7 deletion.
