摘　　要：通过调研分析,归纳总结了桑植县农业地理标志产品及其产业发展的现状,包括地理标志产品的产业成因,地理标志产品的产业与区域经济发展关系分析;解剖了目前地理标志产品产业的共性和个性问题,包括缺乏深入细致的长远规划和顶层设计,对地理标志的认识存在误区,产品检测类型、数量和即时动态过少,产业发展资金缺乏,品牌建设力度不够,产业发展人才短缺等。针对这些问题,提出做好产业发展顶层设计和发展规划;建立和完善产品朔源系统,搭建产品质量检测服务公共平台,严把质量关;推行并打造好区域公共品牌;强化政府引导,加强资金扶持;重视人才培养和引进,加强与科研院所技术合作等建议。Based on the analysis of the questionnaires,this paper summarizes the current situation of agricultural geographical indication products and their industrial development in Sangzhi County,including the industrial causes of geographical indication products,and the analysis of the relationship between the industry of geographical indication products and regional economic development,and analyzes the common and individual problems of the current geographical indication product industry,including the lack of in-depth and detailed long-term planning and top-level design,misunderstanding about geographical indications,too few product detection types,quantities and real-time dynamics,the lack of industrial development funds,the insufficient strength of brand building,and the shortage of industrial development talents.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as making a good top-level design and development planning of industrial development;establishing and improving the traceability system of agricultural products,building a public platform of product quality inspection and service for strictly controlling the quality,promoting and building a good regional public brand,strengthening government guidance and financial support,improving personnel training and introduction,and strengthening technical cooperation with scientific research institutes.
