摘  要:子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMS)是一种雌激素依赖性妇科疾病,并发症主要以痛经、不孕为主。中医药治疗本病具有缓解疼痛、促进怀孕、不良反应少等优势。通过参考近几年文献,从中药促凋亡分子作用机制在子宫内膜异位症中的作用进行综述,发现活血化瘀等中药可能是通过抑制PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路、NF-κB通路以及下调Bcl-2,上调Fas、Caspase-3等因子调节凋亡水平,治疗子宫内膜异位症。Endometriosis(EMS)is an estrogen-dependent gynecological disease.The main complications of the disease are dysmenorrhea and infertility.TCM has the advantages of relieving pain and promoting pregnancy with its less adverse reactions in the treatment of EMS.This study reviewed the pro-apoptotic molecular mechanism of Chinese medicinal in treating endometriosis,by referring to the literatures in recent years.It is found that Chinese medicinal,which has the action of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,may inhibit PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and NF-kB pathway,down-regulate Bcl-2,up-regulate Fas and Caspase-3 to regulate the level of apoptosis in the treatment of endometriosis.
