摘　　要：葡萄膜病是以黄仁为病变中心的疾病,但在症状表现上却以瞳神最为明显,故葡萄膜病常与中医学瞳神紧小、瞳神干缺相关。葡萄膜病病因病机复杂。外因多与风热外袭、风湿流窜,湿热邪毒滞留伤及黄仁有关。内因多与肝胆火盛,黄仁受灼,或湿热内蕴,熏蒸黄仁,或热毒伤阴,虚火上炎有关,病程迁延,肝肾阴虚或脾肾阳虚者亦可见。不内外因多与外伤相关,如撞击伤目,真睛破损,眼内异物残留,化学性灼伤等,也可见于内障手术后,花翳白陷、凝脂翳等病失治误治后黑睛破溃,邪毒侵入,以致经络阻隔,气血凝滞,郁而化热,热与邪毒结合而发病。Uveal disease is a kind of disease centered on iris,but the symptoms of the pupil are most obvious.Therefore,the disease is often associated with tightness and dryness of the pupils.The etiology and pathogenesis of uveal disease is complex.External causes are mostly related to external attack of wind and heat,flow of rheumatism,retention of damp heat and evil poison injuring iris.The internal causes are mostly related to fire of Liver and Gallbladder,iris being burned,retention of damp and heat damaging iris,heat damaging yin and deficiency-fire flaring up.Due to prolonged course of disease,yin deficiency of Liver and Kidney or yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney can be seen.Both internal and external causes are often related to trauma,such as impact injury,traumatic injury of lens,residual foreign bodies in the eyes,chemical burns and so on,which can also be seen after cataract surgery,rupture of eyes,invasion of evil poison,resulting in meridian block,stagnation of qi and blood,retention of heat,therefore heat and evil poison are combined to cause the disease.
