中医学“肾开窍于耳”理论的现代生理学机制探索

摘　　要：在中医学藏象学说中,“肾开窍于耳”是肾的基本功能之一,其中医学内涵是说肾精和肾气濡养髓海而使耳聪。提示肾与耳的功能密切相关,这在《黄帝内经》中就已初步形成。然而至今为止,肾开窍于耳的现代科学机制尚不清楚。近年来的研究表明,中医学“肾”的本质部分对应于现代生理学的下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴以及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴和下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴等的内分泌功能。从这些内分泌功能对听觉的调节来探索“肾开窍于耳”理论的机制,为探索中医学益肾法治疗听觉系统疾病的机制以及解析传统中医理论的现代科学实质提供线索。"Kidney opening at ears"is one of the functions of Kidney in terms of visceral manifestation theory in TCM,which means that Kidney-essence and Kidney-qi nourish the sea of marrow to make ear sharp.The initial formation of this idea was in Yellow Empire Internal Classic and the idea suggests that Kidney is closely related to the functions of the ears.However,the modern scientific mechanism of this idea is still not clear up until now.Studies in recent years have made it clear that the essential part of Kidney in TCM corresponds to the endocrine function of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis,hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis in modern physiology.This study explored the mechanism of the theory of"Kidney opening at ears"from the aspect of the regulation effect of these endocrine functions on hearing.The purpose of this study was to explore mechanism of tonifying Kidney in treating auditory system disease in TCM and to provide some clue for analyzing and understanding the theories of TCM with the way of modern science.
