独活寄生汤加减联合浮针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤加减联合浮针治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准82例KOA患者按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予独活寄生汤加减联合浮针治疗,对比两组治疗前后的中医证候评分、WOMAC评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:治疗后两组的中医证候评分、WOMAC评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合浮针可以有效的缓解患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with floating needling in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:82 patients with KOA met the inclusion criteria were randomized into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with floating needling.The scores of TCM syndrome and WOMAC,and the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of TCM syndrome and WOMAC,as well as the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups;the decreases in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with floating needling can effectively relieve the pain,improve knee function,reduce levels of inflammatory factors,and improve life quality of the patients in the treatment of KOA.
