摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在弥补现有专利价值评估方法对高价值专利评估的不足,使专利价值评估体系更加全面。[方法/过程]分析了影响高价值专利“溢价”的主要因素,通过量化高价值专利综合价值的技术质量参数、专利的基本价值参数和综合控制参数值,构建单项高价值专利评估的综合价值模型。[结果/结论]构建的单项高价值专利评估综合价值模型的优点在于从技术质量和目标市场知识产权保护角度进行测算,展示了一种新的专利价值评估方法。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to make up for the deficiency of the existing patent value evaluation methods in evaluating high value patents,so as to make the patent value evaluation system more comprehensive.[Method/process]The paper analyzes the main factors influencing the premium of high value patents,and builds a comprehensive value model for single high value patent evaluation by quantifying the technical quality parameters of the comprehensive value of high value patents,and the basic value parameters and comprehensive control parameters of the patents.[Result/conclusion]The advantages of the comprehensive value model of single high value patent evaluation are that it is measured from the perspective of technical quality and intellectual property protection in the target market,and it shows a new method of patent value evaluation.
