摘  要:松散的果穗有利于鲜食葡萄果粒的膨大和品质形成,还可减少果粒相互挤压破裂。但人工疏花和疏粒费时费力,成本高。为此,以4年生‘夏黑’葡萄为试验材料,调查赤霉酸(GA3)拉长穗轴效果,并探讨GA3和噻苯隆(TDZ)的保果和膨大处理对果实品质的影响。结果表明,在盛花前14 d用10~15 mg/L GA3溶液浸泡花穗可有效拉长花穗,满花时及花后10 d分别用25 mg/L GA3及25 mg/L GA3+3~5 mg/L TDZ溶液浸蘸拉长后的果穗,可提高坐果率和促进果粒膨大,增加粒质量、纵横径效果显著,但对果汁可溶性固形物积累有不良影响。Loose clusters are beneficial to the expansion and quality formation of table grape berries,and can reduce the extrusion and rupture of fruit berries.However,hand thinning of clusters is laborious and timeconsuming.The clusters of 4-year-old'Summer Black'grapevine for 14 days before the full bloom were soaked in GA3(10~15 mg/L)solution,and it significantly increased the length of the rachis.The GA3(25 mg/L)and TDZ(25 mg/L+3~5 mg/L)treatments were applied at the full bloom stage and after 10 days of flowering.These were responsible for enhancing the rate of berry set,berry size,resulting in increased berry weight,as well as,longitudinal and transverse diameter.However,this treatment was not better for the accumulation of soluble solids.
