摘　　要：为提高公路客运站的运营效益,推进客运站转型升级,实现客运站的可持续发展。通过调查黑龙江省公路客运站的发展现状,阐述了客运站站商融合发展的必要性,分析了客运站站商一体化发展的内外部环境,提出了客运站站商一体化发展策略,通过系统整合客运资源,在满足乘客安全、便捷、经济、舒适的出行需求基础上,实现客运站运营的提质增效。In order to improve the operational efficiency of highway passenger stations,promote the transformation and upgrading of passenger stations,and realize the sustainable development of passenger stations.By investigating the development status of highway passenger stations in Heilongjiang Province,the necessity of the integrated development of passenger station and station merchants was explained,the internal and external environment of the integrated development of passenger station and station merchants were analyzed,and the integrated development strategy of passenger station and station merchants was put forward.Through the system integration of passenger transportation resources,on the basis of meeting passengers’safety,convenience,economy,and comfort travel needs,the quality and efficiency of passenger stations operations can be improved.
