摘  要:为解决因雷管段数配备过少而造成的爆破振动速度过大的问题,针对隧道近距离侧穿复杂建筑物群时,提出了一种采用"低段别+高段别"组合接力孔内延期,孔外高段别分组延期的起爆网路,达到了一次起爆多组多排炮孔的效果。通过现场监测表明,在单孔装药量未变的情况下,改良后的起爆网路可使地面质点振动速度控制在0.5 cm/s以内,最大振动峰值降低66.7%,振动速度取得了有效的控制,从而保证了地表建筑物的安全,也为类似雷管段别配备不足的隧道工程提供参考。In order to solve the problem of excessively high blasting vibration speed caused by too few detonator sections,a combination of"low section+high section"combined relay hole extension was proposed for the tunnel when the tunnel crosses the complex building group at a short distance.The delayed detonation network of the high section outside the hole has achieved the effect of detonating multiple groups and rows of blast holes at one time.Field monitoring shows that under the condition that the singlehole charge remains unchanged,the improved detonation network can control the vibration speed of ground particles within0.5 cm/s,reduce the maximum vibration peak by 66.7%,and achieve the vibration speed.Effective control.This ensures the safety of surface buildings and also provides guidance for tunnel projects that are not equipped with similar detonators.
