多种汽车内饰复合材料主要性能对比研究

摘　　要：为了更好的比较阻燃涤纶、腈氯纶、芳纶1313应用于汽车内饰材料的阻燃性能和其他性能,将其分别与普通涤纶按照不同比例混合,通过非织造干法针刺工艺制备针刺密度为400刺/cm 2、面密度为270g/m 2的样品,并对其阻燃性能和其他性能深入对比研究分析。结果表明:阻燃性能测试可知阻燃涤纶含量达到15%、腈氯纶含量达到60%、芳纶1313含量超过60%时,其各自复合材料有良好的阻燃性能。芳纶1313复合材料的断裂强度>腈氯纶复合材料>阻燃涤纶复合材料。阻燃涤纶复合材料的耐磨性>芳纶1313复合材料>腈氯纶复合材料。综合产品的性能和其他因素,阻燃涤纶/普通涤纶为15/85时,复合材料有较好的综合性能。In order to better compare the flame retardancy and other properties of flame-retardant polyester,nitrile chloride fiber and aramid1313 used in auto interior trim materials,they were respectively mixed with ordinary polyester according to different proportions,and the samples with the needling density of 400 needling/cm 2 and the surface density of 270g/m 2 were prepared by the nonwoven dry needling process,and the flame-retardant properties and other properties were compared and analyzed in depth.The results showed that when the content of flame-retardant polyester reached 15%,the content of nitrile chloride fiber reached 60%,and the content of aramid1313 exceeded 60%,their composites had good flame retardant properties.The fracture strength of aramid1313 composite was higher than that of nitrile chloride fiber composite and flame retardant polyester composite.The wear resistance of flame-retardant polyester composite was higher than that of aramid1313 composite and nitrile chloride fiber composite.Considering the properties of the products and other factors,when the ratio of flame retardant polyester/ordinary polyester was 15/85,the composite had better comprehensive properties.
