摘 要:为评价氯化苦、棉隆、威百亩3种土壤熏蒸剂对设施土壤及番茄、黄瓜的安全性,参考QuEChERS方法测定了3种熏蒸剂在土壤、番茄和黄瓜上的最终残留量.结果表明,氯化苦和棉隆用量为375 kg/hm2,威百亩用量为450kg/hm2在夏季休棚期进行土壤消毒后,在作物定植前土壤中和首次采摘的番茄、黄瓜中均未检出上述熏蒸剂,说明这3种土壤熏蒸剂对设施土壤及番茄、黄瓜安全,无残留。To evaluate the safety of three fumigants, chloropicrin, dazomet, and metham-sodium, on soil, tomato, and cucumber in the greenhouse, we determined the final residues of the three fumigants by employing the QuEChERS method.The results showed that after soil disinfecting with chloropicrin and dazomet at the dosage of 375 kg/hm^2, and metham-sodium at the dosage of 450 kg/hm^2 during the summer slack season, none of the above fumigants were detected in the soil before planting, as well as in the tomatoes and cucumbers harvested in the first batch. It indicated that the three kinds of soil fumigants were safe and without any residue on the soil, tomato, and cucumber.
