摘  要:华北大黑鳃金龟是山西为害严重的地下害虫优势种之一。本试验利用盆栽和田间试验的方法,测定了绿僵菌、Bt185、Bt185-3A、异小杆线虫4种生物制剂对华北大黑鳃金龟幼虫的防治效果。结果表明,盆栽试验和田间试验中绿僵菌防治蛴螬的效果最好,施药20 d后防治效果分别可达70.61%和58.33%,异小杆线虫和2种Bt制剂也表现出良好的防治潜力,4种生物制剂均具有良好的应用前景。Holotrichia oblita is one of the most serious underground pests in Shanxi Province.The control effects of Metarhizium anisopliae.Bt 185,Bt 185-3A,and Heterorhabditis nematodes on white grubs of Holotrichia oblita were tested by pot culture and field experiments.The results showed that Metarhizium anisopliae had the optimal control effect on white grubs in both pot culture and field experiments.The control effects after 20 days of the application were 70.61% and 58.33%,respectively.Heterorhabditis nematodes and two kinds of Bt also had good control effects that showed good potential in future applications.
