摘 要:随着极端天气的频繁发生,国内出现小流域洪涝灾害的频率越来越高。为有效减小地区发生洪涝灾害的概率,可对研究地区所在流域进行洪水演进模拟。以海岛城市朱家尖所在流域为研究对象,运用MIKE 11软件搭建一维河网模型,比较分析现状河网条件下,采用不同闸门调度规则的洪水演进过程以及相同调度规则下现状和调整后河网的洪水演进过程。结果表明:通过合理调整河网结构和采用适宜的闸门调度规则,河道洪水水位能得到有效降低。洪水演进模拟可为地区防洪评价及预警工作提供数据支撑,并为管理决策提供参考依据。With the high frequency of extreme weather,the occurrence of flood disasters in small watersheds becomes more and more frequent.The flood evolution simulation of the small watershed in the area studied is commonly considered as an effective way to reduce the risk of flood disasters.For the watershed of Zhujiajian,an island city,an one-dimensional river network model is established by MIKE 11.Based on the model,the flood evolution processes under the current river network condition but two different gate dispatching rules,as well as the flood routing simulation under the same gate dispatching rule but two different river network conditions,i.e.,the current and the adjusted ones,are analyzed and compared.The results show that the river water level of flood can be effectively reduced by rationally adjusting the river network and adopting appropriate gate dispatching rules.Therefore,the data support for regional flood control evaluation and early warning can be offered by the flood evolution simulation,which provides a reference for management decision-making.
