摘  要:以二丁基氧化锡为催化剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-八氟-1-戊醇(八氟戊醇)为原料,吩噻嗪(PTZ)为阻聚剂,通过酯交换反应合成了甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯(OFPMA)。考察了催化剂种类及用量、原料配比、阻聚剂用量等对产品收率的影响,并对其原因进行了分析。试验结果表明:在本研究条件下,二丁基氧化锡相较其他催化剂效率更高,最高收率能达到77.22%。Octafluoropentyl methacrylate(OFPMA)was synthesized by transesterification,with dibutyltin oxide as catalyst,methyl methacrylate(MMA)and octafluoropentanol as raw materials,and phenothiazine(PTZ)as inhibitor.The effects of catalyst type and amount,raw material ratio,reaction time,polymerization inhibitor type and amount on the reaction product yield were preliminary investigated,and the reasons behind were analyzed.The experimental results show that dibutyltin oxide in the transesterification reaction is more efficient than other catalysts,and the highest yield can reach 77.22%.
