摘　　要：在区域粮食安全视角下,对甘肃省粮食供需平衡态势进行了分析,并采用线性趋势预测法对2019—2025年甘肃省粮食总产量及供需安全预测,提出结合粮食功能区的划定,保障粮食耕地面积,提高粮食生产能力;培育粮食产业竞争力和可持续发展能力;加强全国各区域间粮食产销合作,稳定市场保障能力等保障甘肃省粮食安全的建议。From the perspective of regional grain security,the balance of supply and demand of grain security in Gansu Province was analyzed,and the linear trend prediction method is used to predict the total grain output of and supply and demand security Gansu Province in 2019—2025.It was proposed to guarantee the cultivated land area of grain and improve the grain production capacity in combination with the delineation of grain function zones;to foster the competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of the grain industry;strengthening the cooperation of grain production and marketing among various regions of the country and stabilizing the market guarantee capacity.
