摘　　要：上海全球著名体育城市建设背景下,建设更具全球影响的体育文化中心是一项重要的建设目标,这是基于上海深厚历史文化底蕴的时代选择。作为我国近代体育的发祥地之一,上海形成和发展了海派体育文化,体育与文化相伴而生。让体育文化立起来、让体育文化活起来、让体育文化走出去是体育文化中心建设的主要内容。基于此,提出体育文化中心建设的路径:一是培养市民养成主动自觉的运动意识和行为方式,不断提升市民的体育文化素养;二是加强以运动项目为核心的体育文化建设,塑造与弘扬体育精神的文化影响力;三是大力发展体育文化的信息化和智慧化,打造更多高品质的体育文化产品;四是发展具有上海文化特色的赛事市场和球迷文化,打响上海体育文化品牌知名度;五是传承发展体育非物质文化遗产,建设多种主题的体育博物馆等。Under the background of building Shanghai as a world famous sports city,it is an important goal to construct a sports culture center with more global influence,which is a choice of the times in view of Shanghai's profound historical and cultural heritage.As a birthplace of modern sports in China,Shanghai has developed its unique Shanghai-style sports culture,with sports and culture going hand in hand.The main content of sports culture center construction is to revive and promote sports culture.Therefore this study puts forward the following ways of sports culture center construction:first,to cultivate the citizens'awareness and habit of actively taking exercises,and constantly improve the their sports culture literacy;second,to strengthen the sports culture construction centering around sports,and forge and promote the cultural influence of sports spirit;third,to vigorously develop the informatization and intelligentization of sports culture,and create more quality sports cultural products;the fourth is to develop the sports market and fan culture with Shanghai-style cultural characteristics,and promote the popularity of Shanghai sports cultural brand;the fifth is to inherit and develop sports intangible cultural heritage,and build sports museums with various themes.
