摘　　要：目的:比较腹腔镜经腹腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)和传统Bassini修补术对腹股沟疝的治疗效果及术区慢性疼痛的影响,探讨TAPP的临床应用价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年1月常州鼎武医院和常州市第一人民医院收治的56例腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各28例,观察组患者采用TAPP术治疗,对照组患者采用Bassini修补术治疗。记录两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛时间、住院时间、术后并发症等信息。结果:观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛时间、住院时间、术后并发症等指标均明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹股沟疝的手术治疗中,对比传统Bassini修补术,TAPP在减少手术创伤、减轻术后疼痛、缩短住院时间和降低术后并发症方面都具有一定优势,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To compare the effects of laparoscopic preperitoneal inguinal herniorrhaphy(TAPP)and traditional Bassini herniorrhaphy on inguinal hernia and chronic pain in the operative area,and to explore the clinical value of TAPP.Methods:56 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Changzhou Dingwu Hospital and Changzhou First People's Hospital from July,2017 to January,2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with TAPP,while patients in the control group were treated with Bassini repair.Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative pain time,hospital stay,postoperative complications and other information in the two groups were recorded.Results:The intraoperative blood volume,operation time,postoperative pain time,hospitalization stay and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia,traditional Bassini repair is compared.TAPP has certain advantages in reducing surgical trauma,reducing postoperative pain,shortening hospital stay and reducing postoperative complications.
