摘　　要：目的:探讨全方位系统护理干预在磁共振成像(MRI)检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年6月-2019年8月于东莞市长安医院行MRI检查的86例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。两组均应用磁共振成像仪进行检查,对照组实施常规检查护理,观察组在此基础上应用全方位系统护理干预,对比两组检查质量与依从性。结果:观察组检查质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从率为95.35%明显高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。结论:全方位系统护理干预在行MRI检查患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够提高检查质量及依从性。Objective:To explore the application effect of all-round systematic nursing intervention in patients with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods:86 patients who underwent MRI from June,2017 to August,2019 in the hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.Both groups were examined by MRI.The control group was given routine examination and nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given comprehensive and systematic nursing intervention to compare the examination quality and compliance of the two groups.Results:The inspection quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:All-round systematic nursing intervention has a good effect in MRI patients,and can improve the quality and compliance of the ex amination.
