循证护理干预在呼吸内科护理重症患者中的应用疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究循证护理干预在呼吸内科护理重症患者中的应用效果,为临床提供一定的理论参考。方法:以2018年6月-2019年12月为病例收集时间段,纳入期间广东省中医院珠海医院收治的60例呼吸内科重症患者,经数字随机表法分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(常规护理干预+循证护理)各30例。比较两组护理有效性和各项血气分析指标,包括动脉氧分压(PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)。结果:在护理总有效率方面,观察组为93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。在PaO2方面,观察组干预后高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);在PaCO2、RR和HR方面,观察组干预后低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者效果明显,可促进血气分析指标的改善,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application effct of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of severe patients in Respiratory Medicine,so as to provide a theoretical reference for clinical practice.Methods:60 severe res piratory patients admitted to the hospital from June,2018 to December,2019 were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(routine nursing intervention+ev idence-based nursing)with the method of numerical randomization.The effectiveness of nursing care and various blood gas analysis indicators were compared between the two groups,including arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2),arterial partial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2),respiratory rate(RR)and heart rate(HR).Results:In terms of the total effective rate of nursing,the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of PaO2,after intervention,the observation group was higher than before intervention and control group(P<0.05).In terms of PaCO2,RR and HR,the observation group was lower after intervention than before and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention has obvious effect on severe patients in the department of respiratory medicine,and can promote the improvement of blood gas analysis indicators,which is worthy of promotion.
