摘　　要：本文通过深度访谈,对国际知名新闻研究学者斯图亚特·艾伦的学术思想进行梳理与分析,通过展现艾伦立足于公民新闻与数字新闻概念所进行的一系列研究,尝试理解他对数字环境中的新闻业态的理论化努力。艾伦认为,公民新闻是一整套用以理解新闻业的概念体系,应该以整体的思维对公民新闻给新闻研究所带来的业态与价值影响进行细致而深入地探索;而基于数字技术制造的新闻过程的透明性的"虚拟见证",则是数字新闻的概念基础;数字新闻学在发展的过程中必须将"数字性"作为基础逻辑。在此基础上,他也强调数字技术对公民力量的关键作用,并以此为切入点表达他对数字新闻未来发展的展望。This article combs and interprets thoughts of the renowned journalism studies researcher Stuart Allan,especially his theorization of citizen journalism and digital journalism.In general,citizen journalism is not just a specific genre of technology-driven journalism but a holistic conceptual framework for the understanding of journalism in the digital age."Virtual witnessing,"afforded by the transparency of the news production process created by digital technology,is a basic concept of digital journalism studies.The technological empowerment of civic action is key to the imagination and exploration of future journalism.
