丹溪治痛泄方的源流与应用探究

摘　　要：痛泄是泄泻病中非常重要的一种类型,历代医家积累了丰富的治疗经验。关于痛泄方的记载最早见于《丹溪心法》,所载治痛泄方临床屡用屡效。对于该方的出处和源流至今仍有不明之处,后世多称其为刘草窗方,却不能解释为何首见于《丹溪心法》。笔者通过查阅文献提出三个推测:一是朱丹溪首创其方,刘草窗借鉴从之,然而后世不明,记载混乱;二是前人有方相类,朱丹溪、刘草窗皆从之,化裁为用,可能同参东垣;三是朱丹溪、刘草窗各创其方,分别流传,至虞抟汇总收录、吴昆详述方义。本文通过缕析历代医家对痛泄的不同认识,为丹溪治痛泄方的临床应用提供思路。Diarrhea with pain is a very important type of diarrhea disease,and doctors of all dynasties have accumulated rich treatment experience.The earliest record of Zhitongxie Formula was found in DanXi XinFa.It often shows miraculous effect when used in clinical practice.However,the source and origin of the formula are still unclear.Later generations often considered it LIU Caochuang Formula.But they could not explain why it was first found in DanXi XinFa.Based on literature review,three speculations are put forward:First,ZHU Danxi pioneered Zhitongxie Formula and LIU Caochuang followed.But later generations are unknown and records are in disorder;second,predecessors had a similar formula.ZHU Danxi and LIU Caochuang are all based on it which can be changed into useful ones referring to LI Dongyuan.Third,ZHU Danxi and LIU Caochuang relatively created their own formulas to spread them separately until they were collected by YU Tuan and explained by WU Kun.Through the analysis of different understandings about diarrhea with pain from different generations of physicians,we can provide ideas for the clinical application of Danxi Zhitongxie Formula for diarrhea with pain.
