摘　　要：在慢性血液恶性肿瘤的整个病程中,气血亏耗始终伴随着疾病发展的始终,尤其是在疾病的中晚期,患者的"阴火"之证也愈发明显。本文从"阴火"角度辨证施治本病,提出注重脾肾、补益脾胃之气、顾护元气、扶正祛邪的治疗对策。Continuous depletion of Qi and blood accompanies the whole course of chronic hematologic malignancies.In particular,the syndrome of"Yin-Fire"is more and more obvious in middle and late stages.From clinical practice,based on"Yin-Fire"syndrome,this article proposes the treatment strategy,which emphasizes on spleen and kidney and nourishes Qi of spleen and kidney to take care of the vital energy,strengthening the vital energy and dispel evil.
