摘　　要：本文介绍了上海市名中医徐振晔教授以辨证论治为核心运用桂枝汤化裁治疗恶性肿瘤伴不寐、药疹、肢麻、眩晕兼症的临床经验。本文将其经验整理归纳,并附以验案,为中医临床工作者在恶性肿瘤治疗方面提供思路。This paper focused on introducing Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioner Professor XU Zhenye’s remarkable experience in treating tumor-associated symptoms of the malignant tumor such as insomnia,drug eruption,limb numbness and dizziness,based on syndrome differentiation with Guizhi Decoction.This paper collated the experience of Professor XU Zhenye and enumerated with proven cases,so that it could help clinical TCM practitioner broaden their way of thinking of the treatment of malignant tumor diseases.
