摘　　要：【目的】对2019年度《期刊引证报告》(Journal Citation Reports,JCR)中33种压制期刊的自引问题进行分析,以此对中国科技期刊的诚信规范起到一定的警示作用。【方法】统计分析33种压制期刊及241种中国大陆SCI期刊相关计量指标,计算期刊当年影响因子相关自引率(Self-Citing Rate,SCR)和期刊自引导致学科分库排名变化率(Distortion of Category Rank,DCR),尤其是被压制期刊的国家、出版单位、学科以及分库排名等情况。【结果】2019年度所有压制期刊均由自引率过高所致,主要分布于国际大型出版商及发达国家,学科分布上主要集中在生物医学类期刊,学科分库中排名主要位于Q1~Q3区。【结论】引文失真会对真正的学术记录造成危害,不能真实地反映其学术影响力,失去了JCR的品牌效应。因此注重期刊引文规范,提升学术期刊诚信意识永远在路上。[Purposes]The purpose of this paper is to analyze the self-citation of 33 title suppressed journals listed in 2019 Journal Citation Reports(JCR),which serves as a warning to the integrity norms of Chinese scientific journals.[Methods]Quantitative indexes related to 33 title suppressed journals and 241 journals indexed by SCI from China's mainland were analyzed and the self-citing rate(SCR)and distortions of category rank(DCR)of them were calculated.In particular,the countries of publications,publishers,disciplines,and category ranks of title suppressed journals were discussed.[Findings]All the 33 journals in 2019 are suppressed due to high SCRs.They are mainly distributed in developed countries and published by prestigious publishers.Most of the suppressed journals are biomedical journals and rank in Q1 to Q3 JIF quartiles.[Conclusions]Instead of truly reflecting the academic influence of cited journals,citation distortion will harm the credibility of academic records and lead to related journals'losing of positions in JCR.Therefore,emphasizing citation norms and enhancing the integrity of academic journals are always on the way.
