中文学术期刊论文撤销处理办法声明的调查与思考  

Investigation and thinking on statements of retraction measures in Chinese academic journals

摘　　要：【目的】基于中文学术期刊论文撤销处理办法声明的现状,分析其存在的问题,以期为我国期刊论文撤销处理办法的制定提供一定的参考。【方法】以中国知网的中文学术期刊关于论文撤销的处理办法声明为样本,调查论文撤销办法的现状及其特征。【结果】截至2020年3月1日,14种期刊刊登了论文撤销处理办法声明,主要针对一稿多投、抄袭、造假、违反伦理规范等学术不端行为。制定办法的期刊所占比例偏低,内容有待健全。【结论】团体机构应尽快出台相关的论文撤销规范,期刊和数据库应建立自己的论文撤销处理办法,同时作者机构等也应共同参与,从而尽快净化我国学术环境。[Purposes]Based on the current situation of retraction measure statements in Chinese academic journals,the paper analyzes the existing problems,so as to provide some references for the establishment of retraction measures for academic journals in China.[Methods]Taking the statements of retraction measures of Chinese academic journals indexed in CNKI as samples,we researched the current situation and characteristics of retraction measures.[Findings]As of March 1,2020,14 journals had published measure statements to deal with publication retraction,which mainly aimed at academic misconduct such as multiple submissions,plagiarism,fabrication,and violation of ethical norms.The proportion of journals that have retraction measures is relatively low,and the contents need to be improved.[Conclusions]Organizations should set the policies for publication retraction as soon as possible,and journals and databases should establish their own measures for publication retraction.At the same time,author affiliations should also participate in the process,so as to purify the academic environment.
