摘　　要：【目的】分析我国医学科技期刊的数字化出版特征及从业者对著作权认知、行为实践和关切现状,期望提升从业者在著作权保护方面的“知行合一”能力,为我国的科技创新、出版人员规范化培训提供参考和依据。【方法】选择68种2004年以来创办的医学电子科技期刊及18种已开展数字出版的医学科技期刊,使用自行设计的匿名自填式问卷,对以上期刊的主要从业人员进行问卷调查。【结果】目前我国医学科技期刊已由纸质、光盘出版向网络出版过渡,但多处于初级阶段;基本建立了著作权保护制度,但侵权审查流程不够严密。从业人员对著作权保护及侵权的认知状况处于中上水平,70%以上在自我约束、非合理使用等方面有保护意识,但选择违法必究的比例不到1/3,目前数字出版著作权维护还存在诸多困难、障碍。【结论】我国医学科技期刊的数字化出版尚需完善整体配套方案。医学科技期刊从业者的著作权维护意识较强,但实际保护行为较少。期刊出版单位应重视数字出版人才的“定制培养”,注重办公设备的合规性,提高应对数字出版著作权保护及纠纷的能力。[Purposes]This paper is to analyze the digital publishing characteristics,the status of publishers'awareness,behavioral practices,and concerns of copyright of medical scientific journals in China,so as to improve the awareness and behavioral capabilities of practitioners on copyright protection and provide references for China's scientific and technological innovation and standardized training of publisher.[Methods]68 medical electronic journals founded since 2004 and 18 medical scientific journals that have been digitally published were selected,and the main publishers of the above journals were surveyed by using the self-designed anonymous self-filled questionnaire.[Findings]At present,medical scientific journals are being transitioned from printed edition and CD-ROM to online publishing,but they are mostly at the primary stage.These journals have basically established a copyright protection system,but the infringement review process is not strict enough.The publishers'awareness of copyright protection and infringement is at the upper middle level,more than 70%have awareness of self-restraint and unreasonable use,but those who choose to prosecute the law-breakers are less than one-third.Currently,there are still many difficulties and obstacles in digital publishing copyright protection.[Conclusions]An overall supporting plan for the digital publishing of medical scientific journals is still needed to perfect in China.Publishers of medical scientific journals have a strong sense of copyright protection,but lack actual protection actions.Journal publishers should pay attention to the customized training of digital publishing talents,pay attention to the compliance of office equipment,and improve the ability to respond to protection and infringement of digital publishing copyright.
