中药洗浴治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药洗浴治疗尿毒症性瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取黄石市中心医院肾内科2018年1月至2019年5月收治的40例尿毒症患者,随机分为对照组、中药组,每组各20例。对照组在普通治疗基础上加用枸地氯雷他定片治疗,中药组在普通治疗基础上加用中药洗浴治疗,比较两组的瘙痒评分、临床疗效和睡眠质量评分。结果①经治疗后两组的瘙痒评分、睡眠质量评分较治疗前均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组瘙痒评分、睡眠质量评分较对照组下降更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②经治疗后中药组瘙痒缓解率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药洗浴对尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒有良好疗效,可有效缓解皮肤瘙痒症状,明显改善尿毒症患者的睡眠质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of uremia pruritus.Methods 40 uremic patients of Huangshi Central Hospital urology department between January 2018 and May 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=20)and traditional Chinese medicine group(n=20).The control group was treated with desloratadine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of general treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath on the basis of common treatment.Pruritus score,clinical efficacy score and sleep quality score were compared between this two groups.Results The pruritus score and sleep quality score of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the pruritus score and sleep quality score of the Chinese medicine group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Moreover,the remission rate of pruritus in the Chinese medicine group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine bath can improve the uremic skin pruritus and the sleep quality of uremic patients significantly,effectively relieve the skin pruritus symptoms as well.
