摘  要:黄檀属植物广泛分布于热带、亚热带地区,约有317种,其中,部分植物民间用于治疗消化不良、疟疾、淋病、风湿病及心血管等疾病。该课题组在前人综述的基础上,继续对2014年至2018年间该属植物新增化学成分进行归纳,确定49个化合物首次从该属中发现,其中包括35个新化合物。同时,围绕上述化合物抗骨质疏松、抗白血病、抗肿瘤、抑制胆碱酯酶、抗菌、抗氧化及抗衰老等生物活性加以分析,以期为黄檀属植物药效物质基础研究提供参考。Dalbergia genus consists of approximately 317 species widely distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world,part of them has been used traditionally for dyspepsia,malaria,gonorrhea,rheumatism,cardiovascular diseases etc.Based on the previous researches,our group consulted the chemical constituents of Dalbergia genus from 2014 to 2018,the results shows that 49 compounds were found in the Dalbergia genus,35 of the 49 compounds are new compounds.For the development and utilization of Dalbergia genus,the pharmacological activities of these compounds in anti-osteoporosis,anti-leukemia,anti-tumor,anti-cholinesterase,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidation,andanti-aging were summarized.
