全国名老中医荣远明教授运用益气养阴法治疗肺癌EGFR-TKIs耐药经验探析

摘　　要：全国名老中医荣远明教授是第三批全国名老中医,临证六十载积累了丰富的临床经验,擅长内科疑难杂症尤其是恶性肿瘤的临证治疗。通过多年临床经验,荣老认为肺癌患者出现上皮生长因子受体(Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor,EGFR)在中医学中辨证多属于寒湿证型,而表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(Epidermal Growth FactorReceptor-Ty-rosineKinase Inhibitors,EGFR-TKIs)属于燥热之品,当患者出现EFGR-TKI耐药时说明患者体内燥热过盛,损伤体内气阴,导致机体表现出一派气阴两虚症候,应当运用益气养阴、化痰消瘀的治疗方法逆转EFGR-TKI耐药并针对肺癌进行治疗。荣老使用专为气阴两虚型肺癌创制的经验方补肺消积饮对EGFR-TKI患者进行治疗,取得了理想的临床疗效,积累了丰富的经验,值得在临床中进行推广介绍。Professor Rong Yuanming,a famous veteran doctor in China,is the third batch of famous veteran Chinese medicine in China.He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the past 60 years and is good at the clinical treatment of difficult and complicated diseases in internal medicine,especially malignant tumors.Through many years of clinical experience,Rong believed that the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in lung cancer patients belonged to cold-dampness syndrome,while the epi-dermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKIs)was the most common type in traditional Chinese medi-cine.It belongs to the product of dryness and heat.When the patients show resistance to EFGR-TKI,it means that the patients have excessive dryness and heat,which damages the body's Qi and Yin,and leads to a syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Therefore,we should use the methods of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,resolving phlegm and eliminating blood stasis to re-verse the resistance to EFGR-TKI and treat lung cancer.Rong used Bufei Xiaoji Decoction,an empirical prescription for lung cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,to treat EGFR-TKI patients.It has achieved ideal clinical efficacy and accumulated rich experience.It is worth popularizing and introducing in clinical practice.
