基于中医传承辅助平台研究含半枝莲—白花蛇舌草药对方剂的组方规律

摘　　要：目的利用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)对含半枝莲—白花蛇舌草药对方剂进行组方规律分析。方法以“半枝莲”、“白花蛇舌草”为主题词,收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中的相关文献,并且查找《中药成方制剂》和《中医方剂大辞典》中同时包含半枝莲、白花蛇舌草的所有方剂,将方剂信息录入中医传承辅助平台建立数据库,并对组方规律进行分析。结果整理得到80首含有半枝莲和白花蛇舌草的处方,涉及主治疾病11种(频次≥3);常用的配伍药材19味(频次≥10);常与半枝莲—白花蛇舌草配伍治疗肝癌的核心药材有4种,治疗肺癌的核心药材有3种;在半枝莲—白花蛇舌草配伍补气药白术的方剂中核心药材有6种,在配伍活血化瘀药丹参的方剂中核心药材有2种。结论含半枝莲—白花蛇舌草药对方剂主治疾病以各种癌症为主;可配伍不同药材用于不同疾病的治疗;本研究可为临床应用提供思路。Objective To explain the composing principles of the prescriptions containing Scutellaria barbata and Oldenlandia Diffusa by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Inheritance System.Methods The prescriptions containing Scutellaria barbata and Oldenlandia Diffusa were collected from the CNKI、Dictionary of TCM and Formula preparation of TCM.All the Prescriptions were input into TCM inheritance support platform software(V2.5)to establish the database.The principles of the prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 80 prescriptions containing Scutellaria barbata and Oldenlandia Diffusa were screened,11 kinds of major diseases(frequency≥3).There were 19 commonly used compatibility medicinal materials(frequency≥10),There are 4 kinds of core medicinal materials commonly used in treating liver cancer with Scutellaria barbata and Oldenlandia Diffusa,and 3 kinds of core medicinal materials for treating lung cancer.There are 6 kinds of core medicinal materials in Scutellaria Barbata and Oldenlandia Diffusa compatible with medicine for replenishing pneuma Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome prescription,and 2 core medicinal materials in compatible with medicine for activating blood circulation Salviae Miltiorrhizae prescription.Conclusion The major diseases treated with prescriptions containing Scutellaria barbata and Oldenlandia Diffusa are mainly canc-er.It can treat different diseases being compatible with different medicinal materials,this study also can provide thinking for clini-cal application.
