摘  要:为探究樟子松苗木接种松材线虫后的生理响应规律,对4年生樟子松苗在接种松材线虫后第0,10,20,30天时针叶内叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、黄酮类化合物和渗透调节物质进行检测。樟子松接种部位上部和下部均检测到大量松材线虫,且下部线虫数多于上部。接种后第10,20,30天,樟子松生长受到严重抑制,针叶枯黄,叶绿素a含量在接种之后随即开始降低,但未达到显著差异水平,第30天时达到差异显著。叶绿素b含量在整个试验过程中均显著低于对照组;樟子松针叶抗氧化酶活性,且CAT和POD活性变化规律相似,均为"先升高后降低",SOD活性升高较为平缓,且整个试验过程维持在较高水平,均不低于800U·mgprot^-1。3种酶活性均与对照相比达到显著差异;接种后10d,樟子松针叶内可溶性蛋白含量开始上升,在第20天和第30天逐渐下降,并且低于对照组,但未达到显著差异水平;黄酮类化合物与MDA含量变化规律与抗氧化酶活性相似,都呈现出"先升高后降低"趋势。虽然降低,但试验全程高于对照组,且达到极显著差异水平。接种松材线虫后,樟子松的生长受到严重抑制,叶绿素含量下降。与此同时,樟子松抗氧化酶活性含量均会迅速升高,诱导植株产生防御反应,但随着时间推移,活性会出现下降趋势;可溶性蛋白和黄酮类化合物变化规律与抗氧化酶相似,应为线虫胁迫下,苗木瞬间出现应激反应,随后降低;MDA含量变化规律为升高,而后平缓,最后降低,表明细胞受到严重破坏,使针叶变黄进而导致植株枯萎死亡。In order to explore the physiological response rule of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings inoculated with pine wood nematode The chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity,flavonoids and osmotic substances in the needles of 4-year old P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings were dynamically monitored at 0,10,20 and 30 days after inoculation with pine wood nematodes.After inoculation with pine wood nematodes,a large number of pine wood nematodes were detected in the upper and lower parts of the inoculation sites,and the number of nematodes in the lower part was higher than that in the upper part.On the 10^th,20^th and 30^th day after inoculation,the growth of P.sylvestris var.mongolica was seriously inhibited,the coniferous leaves withered and yellow,and the content of chlorophyll a began to decrease immediately after inoculation,but did not reach the significant difference level,and reached the significant difference at the 30^th day.The content of chlorophyll b was significantly lower than that of the control group during the whole experiment.The activity of antioxidant enzymes in conifer leaves,CAT and POD activity changed in a similar pattern,all of which were"increased first and then decreased",SOD activity increased gradually,and maintained at a high level in the whole test process.The three enzyme activities were significantly different from the control,with statistical significance.At 10 days after inoculation,soluble protein content in P.sylvestris var.mongolica needles began to increase,and gradually decreased at 20 and 30 days,and was lower than that in the control group,but did not reach a significant difference level.The change of the content of flavonoids and MDA was similar to the activity of antioxidant enzyme,both of which showed a trend of"increasing first and then decreasing".Although reduced,the experiment was higher than the control group in the whole process and reached the level of extremely significant difference.After inoculation with pine wood nematode,the growth of P.sylvestris v
