摘  要:为研究不同外源光对元宝枫幼苗生长、养分积累和非结构性碳水化合物的影响,探究加速元宝枫苗木生长,缩短苗木培育周期以及光养强化技术体系提供理论依据,以108株元宝枫幼苗为研究对象,采用指数施肥法补充养分,设置LED红蓝光、LED白光和对照自然光3种外源光照处理,测定不同光照处理下的元宝枫幼苗株高和地径、生物量、N和P含量,以及可溶性糖、淀粉含量。结果表明:LED光源下幼苗株高增长量、地径增长量均显著高于自然光(p<0.05),且LED红蓝光处理下苗木平均株高为42.5cm,平均地径为4.57mm。LED光源下幼苗的鲜、干重显著高于自然光(p<0.05),且LED红蓝光处理下苗木平均生物量最大,为5.56g·株^-1。LED两种光源下幼苗可溶性糖质量分数以及LED红蓝光下淀粉质量分数均显著高于自然光(p<0.05),LED红蓝光下幼苗淀粉质量分数为自然光的1.82倍。幼苗的可溶性糖质量分数与生物量、株高增长量以及地径增长量呈显著正相关(p<0.01),而淀粉质量分数与地下鲜干重、地径增长量有显著正相关性(p<0.01)。LED红蓝光下幼苗氮质量分数显著低于自然光(p<0.05)。LED两种光源下幼苗的磷质量分数均显著低于自然光(p<0.01),且LED红蓝光显著低于LED白光(p<0.05)。幼苗的氮、磷质量分数与生长量、鲜干重均呈极显著负相关性(p<0.01)。相比于自然光,元宝枫幼苗在LED光源补光下生长更快,能够积累更多的生物量;LED红蓝光比LED白光更会加快元宝枫幼苗的生长。This study was to investigate the effect of the growth,nutrient accumulation and non-structural carbohydrates of Acer truncatum seedlings under different exogenous light sources,in order to provide a theoretical basis for quickly raising seedlings of Acer truncatum,shortening the period of seedling cultivation and the system of enhancing light and nutrient technology.In this paper,seedlings of 108 Acer truncatum were taken as experimental materials,supplemented with nutrients by exponential fertilization and placed in three kinds of external light treatments:LED red-blue light,LED white light and contrast natural light to determine the seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus,and the contents of soluble sugar and starch of Acer truncatum under different exogenous light sources.The results showed that the growth of height and ground diameter under LED light were significantly higher than that of natural light(p<0.05),and under the LED red-blue light treatment,the average seedlings height was 42.5 cm and the average diameter was 4.57 mm.The fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings under LED light were significantly higher than that of natural light(p<0.05),and the average biomass of seedlings under the LED red-blue light treatment had a maximum value of 5.56 g·plant^-1.The soluble sugar of seedlings under LED light and the starch of seedling under the LED red-blue light were higher than that of natural light(p<0.05),and the starch of seedlings under the LED red-blue light was 1.82 times of natural light.The soluble sugar of seedlings was significantly positively correlated with biomass and the growth of height and ground diameter(p<0.01),and the starch of seedlings was significantly positively correlated with underground fresh weight,underground dry weight and the growth of ground diameter(p<0.01).The nitrogen in seedlings under the LED red-blue light was significantly lower than that of natural light(p<0.05).The phosphorus in seedlings under LED light was significantly lower
