摘  要:近年来,大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)污染日益严重,不仅影响心血管系统及呼吸系统,对男性生殖功能同样也有重要影响。PM2.5对男性生殖功能的损害作用包括破坏血睾屏障完整性,损伤精子相关参数以及通过破坏下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的功能影响生殖内分泌相关激素水平,其中公认的可能机制为氧化应激学说。基于氧化应激还可通过影响线粒体供能、破坏精子质膜和核内DNA产生生殖毒性作用,但目前相关研究尚处于起步阶段,未来仍需进一步研究以揭示PM2.5对生殖功能的影响。Particulate matter 2.5(PM2.5)pollution is becoming more and more serious in recent years,which not only affects the cardiovascular system and respiratory system,but also has a great impact on male reproductive function.PM2.5 damages male reproductive function,including damage to blood-testis barrier integrity,damage to sperm parameters and affecting reproductive endocrine hormone levels by destroying the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis.One of the most recognized mechanism is oxidative stress theory.Based on the oxidative stress,it can also generate reproductive toxicity by affecting mitochondrial energy supply,and damaging sperm plasma membrane and nuclear DNA.However,current studies are still in the initial stage,and further studies are needed to reveal the impact of PM2.5 on reproductive function.
