摘  要:痛风是一种以无菌性关节炎为主要临床特征的疾病,目前其发病机制尚未完全明确,T细胞亚群失衡导致的免疫功能异常在其中起重要作用。肠道是人体最大的免疫器官,而定居于其中的肠道菌群数量及其丰度的改变可导致肠道微生态失衡,并可通过免疫调节方式影响全身免疫功能,进而影响疾病。痛风患者的肠道菌群组成独特。肠道菌群与痛风的发生及发展密切相关,故对两者进行深入研究有重要的临床价值。Gout is a disease with aseptic arthritis as its main clinical feature.At present,the research on its pathogenesis has not been completely clear,and the imbalance of T cell subsets leads to the abnormal immune function,which plays an important role.The intestinal tract is the largest immune organ in the human body,and the changes in the quantity and abundance of intestinal flora residing in the intestinal microecology lead to the imbalance of intestinal microecology,which can affect the immune function of the whole body through immune regulation,thus affecting the disease.The intestinal flora of patients with gout has its unique composition characteristics.The intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of gout,so the in-depth study of the two is of great clinical value.
