摘  要:急性胰腺炎(AP)是一种常见的消化道疾病,病情进展快,治疗棘手,严重者可危及生命。在AP发病过程中机体的免疫调节系统失去平衡,导致早期过度炎症反应和晚期免疫抑制相继发生。而T淋巴细胞在AP病程中发挥重要的免疫调节作用,T淋巴细胞表面的免疫检查点受体细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(CTLA4)和程序性细胞死亡受体1(PD-1)通过抑制性信号调节T淋巴细胞功能,参与AP的免疫反应。CTLA4和PD-1与AP的研究尚处于起步阶段,对这两种免疫检查点受体的深入研究有助于进一步了解AP的发病机制,为临床提供新的诊疗思路。Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common gastrointestinal disease.The disease progresses rapidly,and treatment is difficult.In eerious cases the patients′lives can be endangered.During the onset of AP,the body′s immune regulatory system is out of balance,resulting in early excessive inflammatory reactions and late immune suppression.T lymphocytes play an important role in the regulation of AP.The immune checkpoint receptors cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4(CTLA4)and programmed cell death receptor 1(PD-1)on the surface of T lymphocytes can regulate T lymphocyte function through inhibitory signals and participate in the immune response of AP.The research on CTLA4 and PD-1 and AP is still in its infancy.The in-depth study of these two immune checkpoint receptors will help to further understand the pathogenesis of AP and provide new clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
