摘　　要：近年来癌症的发病率越来越高,化疗在癌症的整个综合治疗过程中具有极其重要的地位和意义。恶心呕吐是化疗最为常见的一种不良反应,现代医学治疗恶心呕吐主要有两种方法,即中医治疗和药物治疗。中药穴位敷贴联合托烷司琼治疗化疗相关恶心呕吐具有良好疗效,其原理是通过对外周神经系统突触前受体兴奋的选择性抑制,影响中枢神经系统兴奋受体对迷走神经的传递,进而达到治疗恶心呕吐的目的。希望通过对中药穴位敷贴联合托烷司琼的方法进行更深入的研究,为临床恶心呕吐的治疗提供帮助。In recent years,the incidence of cancer has been getting higher and chemotherapy plays an extremely important role and has great significance in the comprehensive treatment of cancer.Nausea and vomiting is one of the most common adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and modern medicine mainly has two methods for the treatment,namely traditional Chinese medicine treatment and drug treatment.The method of TCM acupoint application combined with tropisetron has a good effect.Its mechanism is to affect the transmission of excited receptors in the central nervous system to the vagus nerve through the selective inhibition of excitation of presynaptic receptors in the peripheral nervous system,so as to treat nausea and vomiting.It is hoped that the method of TCM acupoint application combined with tropisetron can be further studied to provide help for the clinical treatment of nausea and vomiting.
