摘　　要：目的:分析在B超引导下,采用微创经筋松解术(MSRT)的方法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征(TLVTPS)的临床疗效。方法:选取深圳大学第一附属医院多学科诊疗(MDT)疼痛门诊2020年7月收治的经多方治疗无效的2例TLVTPS患者(男女各1例),给予B超引导下的MSRT治疗。结果:各进行1次治疗后,2例患者的临床不适症状均得到即时缓解。结论:B超引导下用于治疗TLVTPS的MSRT安全有效,可以即时解决困扰患者多年的疼痛症状,疗效满意,且未见明显的不良反应。Objective To establish a secure meridian-sinew release therapy (MSRT) for third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome (TLVTPS) via B-mode ultrasound imaging.Methods Two patients with TLVPTS in multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)multi-disciplinary team (MDT) outpatient service department were selected to be given MSRT treatment via B-mode ultrasound imaging.Results After each treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two patients were relieved immediately.Conclusion MSRT for the treatment of TLVTPS under the guidance of ultrasound is safe and effective,and can immediately solve the pain symptoms that have plagued patients for many years,with satisfactory curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions.
