摘  要:本文主要介绍了取向硅钢和无取向硅钢的表面绝缘涂层,包括有机涂层、无机涂层和半无机涂层三大类。对几种典型涂层专利技术进行了分析,归纳总结了磷酸盐涂层、钳酸盐涂层、稀土元素涂层和新型涂层等环保硅钢绝缘涂层各自的优缺点。This paper mainly introduces the surface insulation coating of oriented silicon steel and non oriented silicon steel,including organic coating,inorganic coating and semi-inorganic coating.And analyzed the typical coating patent technology,the results show that,there are mainly environmentally friendly silicon steel insulation coatings such as phosphate coatings,molybdate coatings,rare earth element coatings and new coatings at present,and the advantages and disadvantages of each are analyzed.
