摘 要:文采用冷轧复合方法成功制备了铜/镍复合带材,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等手段分析了铜-镍复合带材界面成分及合金元素扩散,研究了热处理对铜-镍复合带材界面元素分布和晶粒度的影响,并研究了冷轧变形量对复合带材结合强度、室温力学性能及电阻率的影响。试验结果表明:复合带材扩散退火后,镍中的Ni原子及铜中Cu原子发生互扩散,形成了扩散层,退火后带材软化,其中Ni层的晶粒细小,铜层的晶粒明显长大,复合带材的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低。退火后复合带材经过不同变形量冷轧后,不同变形量下复合带材的结合强度良好,且随着冷轧变形量的增大,材料的强度、硬度升高,延伸率降低,冷轧变形量对复合带材的电阻率及厚度比影响不大。In this paper,Copper-Nickel composite strip was successfully prepared by cold-rolled method.The metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the interface composition and element diffusion of Copper-Nickel composite strip.The influence of heat-treatment on the interface element distribution and grain size of the composite strip was studied,and the effect of cold rolling defbrmation on the bond strength,room temperature mechanical properties and resistivity of the composite strip were studied.The results show that after diffusion annealing,the Ni atoms in the Nickel layer and Cu atoms in the copper layer inter-diffused to each other and form a diffusion layer.After annealing,the strip was softened,and the grains of Nickel layer are small and the grains of copper layer grow up obviously,and the yield strength and tensile strength of the composite strip decrease.The influences of different defbrmation amounts on the properties of composite strip shows that,the bonding strength is very good under different defbrmation amounts,and as the amount of cold rolling deformation increases,the strength and hardness of the material increase,the elongation decreases.The cold rolling defbrmation has little effect on the resistivity and the thickness ratio of the diffusion layer of the composite strip.
