摘  要:国家会展中心(天津)一期工程主体结构为大跨度预应力四弦凹形钢桁架,采用地面分段拼装,设置临时支撑后进行高空吊装的施工方法。基于对工期、成本的考虑,桁架卸载以"分区、分节、等量、均衡、缓慢"为原则,采用3榀桁架连接成整体后逐榀卸载的方法。使用有限元MIDAS Gen软件对卸载过程受力及变形进行分析,对比实际监测数据,进而确保卸载过程安全可靠,实现了工期目标及成本目标,效果显著。The main structure of the first phase of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Tianjin) is a long-span prestressed four chord concave steel truss,which adopts the method of assembling by sections on the ground in construction and high-altitude hoisting after installing temporary supports.Based on the consideration of time limit and cost,the uninstalling of trusses was carried out in accordance with the principle of "section,division,equivalence,balance and slow speed".Three trusses were connected into a whole and then uninstalled one by one.The finite element MIDAS Gen software is used to analyze the stress and deformation in the uninstalling process.The actual monitoring data are compared to ensure the safety and reliability of the uninstalling process and achieve the goal of construction period and cost with remarkable effects.
