摘 要:国家会展中心(天津)一期工程中央大厅为32根巨型树状钢柱支撑的大跨度结构,周边围护结构由一通到顶的玻璃幕墙及铝板组合而成,大部分为玻璃幕墙,通高玻璃幕墙骨架为超高单片式桁架立柱结构体系,立柱桁架高33m。通过对立柱桁架整体实施过程进行受力分析,同时考虑加工及运输控制、整体深化设计及吊装方案,采用钢拉杆装配式组合整体吊装技术,解决了超高单片式立柱桁架变形控制难题,成功完成了立柱桁架的施工。The central hall of the first phase of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Tianjin)is a large-span structure supported by 32 giant tree-shaped steel columns.The surrounding enclosure is composed of glass curtain walls and aluminum plates from the bottom to the top.Most of them are glass curtain walls.The skeleton of the double-height glass curtain walls is a super-high single-piece truss column structure system,with the truss column height of 33 m.Through the stress analysis of the whole process of implementing the truss column,with the consideration of the control of production and transportation,the overall deepening design and the lifting scheme.The technology of steel rod assembly and integrated lifting is adopted to solve the problem of controlling the deformation of the super-high single-piece truss column.The truss column is successfully constructed.
