全自动分包机用于两种阴凉贮存药品调配的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的规范阴凉贮存药品在全自动分包机中的管理、存放和使用,保证用药安全。方法以头孢丙烯分散片(CDT)和阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片(ACDT)为研究对象,记录环境温度和相对湿度,贮存于机载药盒和周转盒内,第0,7,14,21,28天考察其外观变化,并根据2015年版《中国药典(二部)》中的方法分析其含量变化。结果机载药盒内的CDT和ACDT均在第14天外观发生改变;周转盒内的CDT和ACDT分别在第14,21天外观发生改变;CDT在2种贮存条件下基本稳定;ACDT在机载药盒的贮存条件下,克拉维酸第14天测定的平均标示量为91.98%,已接近标准的临界值范围;在周转盒的贮存条件下,克拉维酸第28天测定平均标示量为89.8%,低于规定的标示量范围;2种拆零药品各时间点在周转盒中的平均标示量均高于机载药盒。结论阴凉贮存的CDT与ACDT应现用现拆,不宜久置于全自动分包机中,这样才能保证药品质量和患者的用药安全。Objective To standardize the management,storage and use of drugs stored in a shady and cool place in the automatic dispensing machine and ensure the safety and efficacy of medication for patients.Methods Cefpropylene Dispersible Tablets(CDT)and Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Dispersible Tablets(ACDT)were selected as the research drugs,the environmental temperature and humidity were recorded and the drugs were stored in the medicine box and the turnover box.The appearance changes were observed on days 0,7,14,21 and 28,and the contents were analyzed according to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition,volumeⅡ).Results In the medicine box,the appearance of CDT and ACDT were changed on the 14th day.In the turnover box,the appearance of CDT and ACDT changed on the 14th and 21st day.The CDT were basically stable under two storage conditions.When ACDT were stored in the medicine boxes,the average labeled amount of clavulanate was 91.98%on the 14th day,which was close to the critical value range of the standard.Under the storage condition of the turnover box,the average labeled amount of clavulanate was 89.80%on the 28 th day,which was lower than the specified labeled amount range.The average labeled quantity of the two dismantled drugs in the turnover box was higher than that in the medicine box.Conclusion CDT and ACDT which are stored in a shady and cool place should only be opened as used,it should not be placed in the automatic dispensing machine for a long time,so as to ensure the quality of drugs and the medication safety of patients.
