摘  要:目的优化铁力木花蕾总黄酮的提取工艺。方法采用单因素法考察铁力木花总黄酮提取方法,以提取时间、提取次数、溶剂量为考察因素,以黄酮含量及浸膏得率为考察指标,采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计优选铁力木花蕾总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并进行验证。结果最佳提取工艺为,药材样品1 g,加60%乙醇30 mL回流提取,每次1.5 h,提取3次;提取的总黄酮平均含量为221.97 mg/g。结论该提取工艺操作简便、稳定可靠,可用于铁力木花蕾总黄酮的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction process of the total flavonoids from the buds of Mesua ferrea.Methods The single factor test was used to investigate the extraction process of the total flavonoids from the buds of Mesua ferrea.The optimal extraction process of the total flavonoids from the buds of Mesua ferrea was optimized and verified by L9(3^4)orthogonal design with the extraction time,extraction times and solvent amount as the factors,and with the content of flavonoids and the yield of the extract as the indexes.Results The optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from the buds of Mesua ferrea were as follows:1 g buds of Mesua ferrea were extracted by reflux with 30 mL 60%ethanol for 3 times,each time for 1.5 h.Under the conditions,the average content of total flavonoids was 221.97 mg/g.Conclusion The extraction process is simple,stable and reliable,which can be used for the extraction of the total flavonoids from the buds of Mesua ferrea.
