摘  要:目的在不破坏样品的前提下,实现珍贵中药材物种鉴定,并建立新的药材鉴定方法。方法采用螺旋CT扫描仪,设置模式化扫描基本参数扫描水牛角、黄牛角、牦牛角、羚羊角、藏羚羊角、山羊角等药材样品。结果药材样品每层二维图差异明显;药材样品扫描曲面重建(CPR)的三维图与实物一致;最大密度投影(MIP)的三维图差异明显;可见样品各自内部结构、密度、骨腔、骨塞及其天然缝隙。结论螺旋CT扫描技术可在不损伤药材样品的前提下获得二维、三维专属性特征鉴定图,达到鉴定动物角类中药材的目的。所建立的新的药材鉴定方法操作简便,结果清晰,但仍有进一步优化的空间。Objective To identify the species of precious Chinese medicinal materials without destroying the samples,and to establish a new method for identification of Chinese medicinal materials.Methods Spiral CT scanner was set as the patterning basic parameter to scan the horns of Bubalus bubalis,Bostaurus domesticus,Bos grunniens,Saiga tatarica,Pantholops hodgsonii and Capra hir cus.Results There were significant differences in the two-dimensional images of each layer of all the samples.The three-dimensional images of curved plannar reconstruction(CPR)were consistent with the real samples.The three-dimensional images of maximal intensity projection(MIP)were obvious,which could clearly show the internal structure,density,bone cavity,bone plug and natural gaps of the samples.Conclusion Spiral CT scanning technology can get the two-dimensional and three-dimensional characteristic identification images without damaging the samples,so as to identify the Chinese medicinal materials from animals’horns.The new identification method is simple and clear,but the technology can be further optimized.
