摘　　要：目的建立测定西瓜霜润喉片中西瓜霜含量的离子色谱法。方法采用Dionex IonPac^TM CS12A阳离子交换色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),Dionex CERS 500型抑制器(规格为4 mm),淋洗液为15 mmol/mL甲磺酸溶液,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为10μL,电导检测器进行检测,西瓜霜的含量以硫酸钠计。结果硫酸钠进样量在0.9990~99.8996μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均加样回收率为100.10%,RSD为2.03%(n=9)。结论离子色谱法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确,可用于西瓜霜润喉片中西瓜霜的含量测定。Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for content determination of watermelon frost in Watermelon Frost Runhou Tablets.Methods The Dionex IonPacTMCS12A cation exchange chromatographic column(250 mm×4 mm)and Dionex CERS 500 suppressor(4 mm)were eluted with 15 mmol/mL of methanesulfonic acid solution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the injection volume was 10μL.The conductivity detector was used for detection,and the content of watermelon frost was calculated by sodium sulfate.Results The linear range of sodium sulfate was 0.9990-99.8996μg/mL(r=1.0000).The average recovery was 100.10%,and the RSD was 2.03%(n=9).Conclusion This method is specific,simple and accurate,which can be used for the content determination of watermelon frost in Watermelon Frost Runhou Tablets.
